Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. is the industry leader in liquid flow and mass flow device service, establishing a one-stop service depot for our customers. We are engineers, not simply service technicians, providing liquid and vapor process tools along with an alternative liquid flow device service that goes beyond the OEM. The Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. Advantage

The OEM business is to sell new tools and therefore new liquid flow devices such as liquid flow meters and flow controllers, vapor controllers, and liquid injectors for their new tools and technologies. Many of these tools have expired warranties which include the various installed components. These tools are prevalent in most of the major fabs, such as Samsung, Hynix, and Micron Technology, yet the OEM has not supported their older tools.

Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. offers the cost-saving alternative solution. LFT services, rebuilds, and sells pre-owned devices preventing the need for costly new-system replacement and restructuring. By reverse engineering and developing testing and rebuilding techniques, the procedures, software, test setups, and correction factors comprise a large portion of the company's Intellectual Property (IP). Since LFT has become the primary source for liquid flow service, it has become an international as well as domestic supplier, serving the US, Europe, Far East, and Australia.

Liquid flow meters, controllers, injectors and valves have been in use by the industry for many years, but most line maintenance and process engineers have had little to no experience with the actual components nor an understanding of the theory of operations. Liquid Flow Technology has a mission to fill this knowledge gap. The better our customer understands his equipment the more efficient his process, the less downtime, and the closer our relationship.

Currently we have a large liquid device service base but we are always developing new skills and understanding of even the least known or used types of models and manufacturers.
