About Liquid Flow Technology, Inc.

Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. (LFT) was incorporated in 2004. Having developed a following of customers in and industry contacts in global markets while operating with a minimal staff and part time during the past three years, LFT is now poised to take the business to the next level and become a primary source for outsourced services in the semiconductor and biotechnology industries.

Our management team consists of:

Ronald R. Reyes, company founder and Vice President of Business Development -- Ron has 35 years of consumer and commercial electronics experience. He has spent years working in and developing new service technologies for metrology labs. Ron has 25 years' experience in the business ranging from wafer fab equipment refurbishing to servicing the individual components and devices including the PC boards. Ron's achievements include: developing the first cordless telephone on the market (1971), and designing and developing professional A/V studio components including automated radio stations. He has patents on AC power-line circuits and technologies.

Julie Gray Johnson, Chief Operations Officer -- Julie has extensive management, sales and service experience internationally and globally in a variety of industries. Co-founder and former Vice President of Enoch Engineering Services, Inc., Julie focused on marketing, sales and developing the Lab Services Division (Metrology/PM). Prior to working in the semiconductor industry, Julie partnered with the marketing and media for technology groups such as Dell, Avid and Nextel where she provided presentations, seminars and events (SEMICON, CES, NAB, etc.) to audiences from the lay person to the technologists. She also spent a number of years in the entertainment industry working with The Walt Disney Company and producing and managing her own singing group, "The U.S.A. Gals" with which she traveled the world with the U.S. Department of Defense entertaining the U. S. Military.

Russ Marsee, Vice President of Engineering -- Russ has over 30 years of systems and software design. Before co-founding Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. with Ron Reyes, he co-founded Phymedia. Russ offers a unique blend of commercial, NASA, and military design background with an emphasis on using creative topology in order to manufacture quality products that are very affordable. Russ has led teams of engineers on projects ranging from the Space Shuttle Orbiter and Main Engines Avionics to commercial and Space Station power system testing.
