Liquid Flow Technology, Inc. provides a full range of services for calibration, repairs, re-range, and cleaning of liquid flow devices. We also offer hardware and software upgrades for systems out of OEM warranty or facing obsolescence. LFT, Inc. guarantees quick turnaround, high quality and cost-effective calibration and engineering services for liquid flow process devices, maintaining the Original Device Manufacturer (ODM) standards for critical processes. Our second source devices include warranties and certifications.

Work In Process (WIP)

LFT realizes the importance of tracking these devices from customer to customer in order to better understand what each customer needs and to determine where the source of continuous problems or failure are recurring. LFT has developed a unique Work In Process (WIP) software application that is designed to not only improve the throughput of the service of these devices but also to flag recurring issues by following calibrations dates and returns, even when not under warranty. The WIP also generates a powerful database which allows us to search out various commonalities between failures to the tool and device.

We purchase parts directly from the OEMs and their suppliers. All devices are tested to OEM specifications upon completion of the repairs. If quotes are necessary, a revised quote it provided prior to work.

All liquid flow are performed using a gravity-mass primary standard with IPA as the calibration liquid source. Leak tests are performed using Helium.

The extensive experience and expertise of LFT, Inc. has shown that this pairing eliminates the need to do any adjusting or part jockeying.

• Send both the Injector and LFM for Certification and Calibration
• This assures proper operation and longer life of both units
• The pair will be dynamically tested together
• They can be adjusted for the temperature and flows of the specific process of the end user
• The PID loop is then adjusted for optimum vaporization
• The two will be packaged together

Quality

• Flow control devices and manometers are calibrated using primary standards.
• Injectors are certified and tested under actual flow conditions.
• Repairs, refurbishes, and rebuilds have photos taken of interior components prior to final assembly.
• Devices and documentation are inspected prior to shipment.

Support

Liability

• We service and repair OEM devices and certify that they are working to OEM specifications.
• Our liability extends only to warranting the device itself against the work we have performed on it. For a calibration, only that it is in cal and works at the time of shipment. For repairs, the operation and calibration of the device.
• Warranty items will be repaired, replaced, re-calibrated, or re-certified as appropriate.
• Costs associated with down time of a process due to failure of a warranty item are assumed by the customer.
